We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To begin a return, please contact our client care team with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products may not be eligible for return. Please ensure items remain in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
